Gibbs paced all scorers with 22 points for the Pirates (13-3, 3-1 Big East), who rebounded after suffering their first Big East loss of the season on Wednesday at Xavier. Khadeen Carrington chipped in 11 points for Seton Hall, and Brandon Mobley added nine points, 13 rebounds and two blocks.
